I need to rehome my female tabby, because I'm moving and I can't afford to pay the pet deposit/fee. Phoebe is very shy and anxious, and would do amazing in a home that has space and people who will give her time. She doesn't like loud noises, and would do best with a companion. She does meow loudly when she's in a area she doesn't recognize, but that's just her anxiety. Rehoming fee is $50.
