Buzz Pawldrin is full of happy, puppy energy. Every day is full of excitement for this young guy. Everyone he meets his new best friend and he's BUZZING with enthusiasm! He is working on keeping all four feet on the floor when he meets people. He spent some time in a foster with an older dog who made it clear that she didn't ask for a bratty, little brother. Buzz has shown he does well with dogs but would probably be better suited with a dog that shared his zest for life. Buzz is still a puppy so he will need help perfecting his housebreaking skills and learning about how to be a good boy. With his eagerness to please and love of treats, we know with a little time and patience, this guy will be a rock star. An adoption counselor will be in contact with you following the submission of your application. If approved, they will arrange a meet and greet at one of our monthly trips to Chesapeake or at our shelter. Visits to the shelter are by appointment only, as we are a volunteer-run rescue organization. All PAWS dogs are spayed/neutered, and current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. Age permitting, dogs/puppies are tested for heartworm. All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
