DATA ENTRY CLERK ROLE: The Data Entry Clerk supports the Office Manager in a full range of administrative duties. This position acts as the "glue" for our team, anticipating their needs and expectations. This position is temporary but could result in a permanent position for the right candidate.  Administrative - Various data entry tasks including but not limited to: Entering data into accounting software, Sending customer emails, Answering a multi-line phone system during business hours, Credit card reconciliation, Statement reconciliation, Monthly PO reconciliation, Service partner management, Other tasks as directed by the office manager Client Relations – Keeping a strong, professional, proactive approach with our clientele. Assuring we are consistent, effective, and trustworthy at all times.  THE PERFECT CANDIDATE - Hardworking, Positive Attitude, & Reliable!!! Has 6 months of experience in a small office environment Is outgoing and friendly! Has outstanding phone etiquette! Is ALWAYS reliable and on-time for work!
