JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for experienced and dependable home cleaners who have a proven track record of excellent service with an organization that contracts with residential customers. JOB TITLE: Housekeeper – Flexible Schedule/Days,Nights or Weekends/Hiring Bonus Role: · Provide basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms. Will be required to clean bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchens, attics, in a Team setting · Create a clean and healthy environment for your customers and their families · Deliver great customer service Requirements: · Available Monday – Saturday/ Flexible times · Driver’s license · Must love pets! · Reliable transportation to drive to homes is required Base Rate Of Pay $18- $24/hr! (Based on your Performance Tier) Scheduling We are very flexible with our schedule. In fact, YOU create your own! Weekdays only? Weekends only? A couple days here and there? Work as much or as little as you like. Your availability will not affect the amount of training you will receive. This job is very tough on the body and 5 days in a row is not recommended at first until your body is conditioned to handle the stress.. You tell us your available days and that will be all you are responsible for. What We Expect From Our Family: 1. Being punctual to Our Jobs to ensure proper arrival time at the customers house each day...WE ARE NEVER LATE! 3. Willing to be extensively and continually trained to our guidelines in the proper handling of customers possessions. We make every attempt to treat our customers' possessions BETTER than we would treat our own! Experience is preferred, however not required. Our training staff will provide you with the knowledge you need to perform the job. 4. Being polite and creating a deep connection with customers on every job. You take care of the Customers, We take care of you. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All Contractors are instructed to follow Standard COVID protocols JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, and counters. Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface. Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. Making beds and fluffing pillows. Folding clean laundry. Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces. Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.
