Job description The Trimming Technician/ Farm Tech will be responsible for the trimming and harvest component of the greenhouse while occasionally helping in the greenhouse area. *****MUST HAVE TRIMMING EXPERIENCE! ***** EMAIL YOUR RESUME AND PUT TRIMMER IN SUBJEST LINE! We are looking for an individual with experience who wants to be a part of a multifaceted crew and comfortable trimming at least at least 5-10 lbs a day! This role will be integral to the development of quality products and responsibilities will be tailored to the workflow and style of the greenhouse as well as to the individual. Role/ Key Responsibilities Able to perform strenuous and repetitive tasks Able to hand trimming 5-10 lbs a day Experience operating trim machine Experience shucking product by machine and by hand Cleaning up worksites from debris and machinery Quick Loading & Unloading capabilities Operate various Hand Tools/ Power Tools Multitasking Skills Ability to Lift Heavy Loads (55 lbs minimum) Comfortable working in HIGH and LOW temperatures Daily greenhouse functions including planting seeds, transplanting plants, harvesting leafy greens, cloning, monitoring integrated pest control parameters, and packaging. Comply with company biosecurity plans, standard operating procedures related to all greenhouse tasks Safe and proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment Daily cleaning of tools, equipment, and work areas Excellent grasp of safety guidelines for a variety of job contexts Additional Requirements Must be Trustworthy, Reliable, Hardworking, have a Sense of Urgency Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Must be at least 21 years of age Job Type: Full-time EMAIL YOUR RESUME AND PUT TRIMMER IN SUBJEST LINE!
