Description
Martin Produce has Customer Service Rep positions available for efficient, experienced, and independent team members. You'll work alongside sales department to act as a liaison, take orders, provide/service information, answer questions, and resolve any problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, targeting customer high satisfaction. HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Sunday 10:00-2pm, Monday thru Thursday 10:00am-5pm
PAY RATE: $14-15/hr
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Email
- Bilingual – Spanish & English (required)
- Exhibit good decision making, problem solving, demonstrate great communication, organizational skills and detailed-oriented.
