*Please note: This job in on-site, located in Newport Oregon. No remote candidates are being considered. ACS is a fast-growing company with 45 years of excellence and is looking for Floor Technician. Primary duties involve routine maintenance of resilient flooring, primarily VCT Tile and Marmoleum. This includes stripping, waxing and burnishing floors Must be detailed oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to give detailed reports. May be crossed trained in other areas of the Tech Department, plus other duties at the request of Tech Manager. Ability to work nights and weekends. Pass a criminal background check. Ability to lift up to 100lbs continuously throughout your shift. Have an average of 2 years of work history for the last 4 years. Bilingual is a plus.
