Sweet black lab in need of new home

We are looking to rehome our black lab. Unfortunately, we have to move out of state and for personal reasons are unable to take her with us. She is a very good natured and energetic dog, gets along well with other animals and with kids of all ages. She is up to date on all shots and vet visits,1 year old. She does need some additional training, gets very excited with new people and would do best with someone who has time and ability to train her. We are asking a rehoming fee of $1,000 to cover vet fees, chipping, etc. AKC registered!
