PHILADELPHIA — Due to the Nor'easter's snowfall, SEPTA has made changes to some of its transportation services.
According to SEPTA, the following changes are in place for the time being:
Market Frankford/Broad Street Line Owl ServiceOwl Bus service will temporary be suspended and trains will run in the overnight hours on Wednesday into Thursday. Route 10, 11, 13, 34 & 36 TrolleysThe overnight closure of the Tunnel for maintenance and heavy cleaning will be temporarily cancelled Wednesday evening into Thursday morning.
Norristown High Speed LineLate night and overnight service will be suspended Wednesday evening to allow crews and equipment to clear the tracks and prepare the line for morning service beginning at 5 a.m. on Thursday. The last trip from 69th Street Transportation Center will depart at 10:10 p.m., and the final trip from Norristown Transportation Center is scheduled for 10:46 p.m.
BusesEvery effort will be made to continue normal operations. Those routes most often subject to detours or trip cancellations due to street and road conditions, may experience service disruptions.
CCTReservations may be limited to trips for dialysis, depending on weather conditions
Regional RailDepending on the weather, service will operate according to the schedule currently in effect for morning travel. Any changes in conditions including accumulating snow and high winds may require further changes.
