Location : 119 Stewart Ave, Ithaca
Scope of work:
- Full shingle tear off
- Replace damaged plywood as needed
- Install 36" ice and water, starter shingles, underlayment, ridge ventilation, shingles, drip edge and flashing as needed.
- Install flat roofs with appropriate roofing system and flash.
- Repair and clean gutters if damaged during job.
Eagle view available on request for measurement. Need to be insured and handle all city requirements if necessary.
