I have a full band waiting for a Keys Player. Yacht-Style Rock. Keys/Synth/Piano…..crucial part of this project. So given this, I would say you don’t need experience, BUT some darn good “chops” would help. This project does NOT currently exist, so you would not be coming in and trying to “fit the mold”. You get to create it. We have all the stage gear we need and a practice spot. Your equipment would need to be able to transition from piano to synth, to horns….etc.
