Landscape company looking to Hire one Foreman for a commercial landscape construction Primary Responsibilities for a Landscape Construction Foreman •Supervise daily operations of a landscape construction crew. •Responsible for utilizing resources to complete jobs and is expected to participate in providing services when needed. •Communicate and solve problems dealing with employees and clients. •Equipment operation, plant layout and site layout knowledge. Required experience •Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Landscape Construction including landscape supervisory experience. •Landscape Installation: ability to read & implement simple blueprints & landscape schematics, grading & drainage, construction, complex commercial irrigation systems. •Equipment operation: Ability to use basic loaders, skid steers, trailers and other landscape equipment with safety & efficiency, other equipment includes backhoes, power augers, etc. •Good knowledge of plant and soil types; horticulture and professional landscaping practices •Must have valid Washington State Driver's License with good driving record. •Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire confidence and professionalism to our customers. •Must speak Spanish & English . we offer full year work . company truck to take home . Benefits, Paid Sick & Safe Leave/PTO/ Paid Holidays . we work 4 or 5 days a week depend how you want to work 40 hours plus some OT .
