Fishing Access to Smith Creek and Farm Ponds

I’m looking for fishing access to Smith Creek in Shenandoah County and access to farm ponds, or river access spots, in the surrounding Shenandoah Valley from Frederick County down to Rockbridge County. I have an Environmental studies degree. I am a respectful and courteous individual who leaves a spot better than I found it if any litter is found.
