I am in the works of starting my own non for profit organization. Currently i am the head manager of the kitchen of a non for profit organization in Buena Park,Ca....DAILY i cook for roughly 25 men,women and children. Besides the cooking I also either pass out or give away deli sandwiches, fruit,garden veggies,fruit,canned goods,pastries,etc.I started the process with the Secretary of State. I have the non for profit name registered as Timeless Charities Organization (you can look at it on the website its legit).. State law is there need to be at least 4 board members to for the corporation..You have to be a resident of California to join per state law..I will pay all the fees, does not cost to join..i just need trust worthy people with a passion to do humanitarian duties.
