Survey Merchandiser is looking for Reset Merchandisers to complete a Reset Project at a local store located in the area of Reno, NV. We are looking for candidates who can COMPLETE ALL SHIFTS AND HAVE PLANOGRAM READING EXPERIENCE! You will be working as a group. There will not be a designated Reset Team Lead who will be responsible to lead/direct the effort, you will be working with the Store Manager. Using the planogram (cooler/shelf map) the store personnel will outline the 'plan of attack' and decide the order for each step. It is crucial that you listen and follow the store's instructions carefully. You will use Survey's app to document your work. About the Work: - Pay is $18/hr, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. - Reset starts immediately and will continue until April 8th. - Workdays are Thursday and Friday, two days per week. - Hours are from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm. - The job is a reset without a Team Lead. You will work with a store manager. - This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Typical tasks include: - You will be given a list of categories to work on during the week that must complete and ask for Manager signature. - - Picture of the printed sheet signed by the manager is mandatory for this project. - Remove all the products from shelves (and place them in carts/on the floor). - Reorganize product tags so that they match the new shelf Planogram. - Move the products that were removed back into the shelf. - Go to the store backroom to get new inventory to complete the restock. - Request some miscellaneous tasks. Perks: - All work is conveniently picked up and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments. - Payments are ready to claim 6 days after successfully uploading your assignment on the app. - Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred. - Training and Support is available 7 days a week. - After the reset ends, you will have additional opportunities to pick up gigs if you are interested in continuing to work. Dress Code: - Black slacks or black jeans, white or black collared shirt or blouse, black closed-toe shoes. Absolutely no sandals, tank tops, shorts, printed shirts, or dirty clothes. - Wear Full mask at all times while working at the store. About You: - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team. - You have basic knowledge of how to use tools such as a hammer or screwdriver. - You’re able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs. - You must be 18 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. - You’re able to pass a background check. - Drug screening may be required. - Previous reset or retail merchandising experience is a plus.
