Description

Hey Craigslist, My names Nick and I am a professional journeyman electrician, with 10 years experience. I am currently a crew lead/foreman completing tenant inprovement projects. I am looking to get into house flipping. I have lots of experience in custom home builds, remodels, and commercial work. Performing lighting layouts, load calculations, installing custom lighting fixtures, recircuiting homes and businesses, replacing old electric panels, routing wiring in odd framing situations, fishing wiring without damaging walls, and improvising without being sketchy are all areas I have extensive experience with. I have been out of the residential game for a few years now(lots of large commercial jobs) and would like to get back to my roots doing custom homes! I've never been part of a flipping team and would very much like to give it a whirl and see what I can learn. I would like to make this a full time gig, if possible. My work is very clean, professional, and most importantly, accurate! In addition to to electrical, I am also a handyman who has done projects all over the spectrum. Popcorn ceiling removal, built in entertainment system shelves, a full kitchen remodel, LVP flooring, tile flooring, electric fireplace popout, framing (non structural), drywall installation, taping, texturing, painting, and light plumbing are just a few of the many projects Ive done in the last couple years. All my projects are completed with the highest level of attention to detail, almost bordering on OCD if I'm just being honest. I feel with my skillset, I could be an incredibly valuable asset for any flipping team who wants to have HIGH QUALITY flips. I do know speed is essential for a flip, but I will not perform substandard work, or work with a crew that wants to sell a janky flip to some unsuspecting family. Full disclosure: I am unsure of how pay with flipping works. That being said, I do not come cheap. (But I am loads cheaper than constantly hiring an electrical contractor!) I'm not just some $10 an hour laborer from the home depot parking lot. My pay has to be, at least close, to what I am currently making. The investment pays for itself in the quality of my installs, and the lack of headaches resulting from having a quality install. I have a truck, and I have all my own power and hand tools for my trade. I also have various saws and tools for carpentry and other trades. Send me an email and/or a text for more information or questions, and I look forward to working with, and becoming part of, your team.
