Looking for maintenance workers who can work well with others, two or three person crews. We need a right hand man that Has Reliable Transportation, is dependable, willing to accept responsibility, and can work alone at times!!! Attention to detail. Some of our accounts take lots of time and quality work is a must. Need people that will stick around for a while. If you need a job for a week this is not the job for you! We need people that can learn the accounts, know what to do at each one, and customers can recognize over time! Have a positive work ethic and attitude. Nobody wants to work with someone who is miserable to be around and makes everyone else in a bad mood. Must be timely and prompt to work and work effectively approximately 40 hrs a week! Flexible schedule and available to work Saturday in case of rain delay! Work with minimal supervision at times. Includes mowing (push mow and zero turn), flat edging around objects and stick edging beds and concrete, leaf blow, pruning bushes and picking up debris after. Picking up trash, spraying weeds, raking leaves where needed! Not blowing them in the neighbors!!! Standard lawn care and maintenance. If you have never done this type of work before, we can train you only if your willing to learn and stick around. Drivers License is a plus. Pack lunch with you! Be polite to customers! Physical Requirements for this position, Bending, kneeling, heavy lifting, and frequent walking, Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions Heat 🥵! And ☀️ sun! Pay is standard W-2 payroll every two weeks. Pay is based on experience!!! $15-$18 hr with room to grow show us what you got! No drugs or alcohol! We reserve the right to drug test if need be!
