PHILADELPHIA — A man who was armed with a knife is in critical condition after Philadelphia Police shot him Wednesday. According to Fox 29, the incident occurred at about 11 a.m. on the 4700 block of Rorer Street. The man was shot after allegedly lunging at officers with a knife and is in critical condition. Fox reports the officer who shot the man is now on administrative leave as the shooting is investigated.
