Childcare/Babysitting Empty nester

I'm a mom of 4, they are grown and enjoying their own life. I miss the pitter patter of little feet... Im 41 and offering my services for babysitting/nanny, however I do not drive at this time. I worked 13 years in NJ as an emergency room secretary. I do know cpr but am no longer certified. Always cleaning up and don't mind cooking.
