Field Installation Crew Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following: RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: After extensive training period this summer, we will deploy work crews across various states to begin the installation of electric vehicle charging stations. Must have the ability to work in a variety of state for two to three weeks at a time. Francis Energy will pay all travel related expenses plus per diem. Corporate office and home base is in Tulsa, Ok. Being safety spotter for Operator as he/she runs machinery. Operating specialized construction equipment and vehicles, safely, productively, and according to company policy. Loading and transporting materials and equipment to various job site locations. Helping identify any safety hazards, existing conduits, or other problematic issues. Checking depth levels of trenches and holes. Installing safety marking and flagging where needed. Maintaining and submitting accurate paperwork ( logbooks, receipts, etc.). Gather tools and materials needed for jobs. Install temporary fencing around job site locations as needed. Help with any building needs required to finish a project. Requirements: Ability to work remotely. Valid state issued driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily. Required to lift a minimum of 50lbs. without assistance. Pass criminal back ground check. Previous felony conviction does not disqualify a candidate, type of felony will determine candidacy. Pass pre-employment drug screen. 1 year minimum experience in construction. Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to work as a team member.
