STICKNEY TOWNSHIP, IL — UPDATED Cook County Sheriff's Police havve located a missing endangered teen from Stickney Township. He is back with his family. Thomas Valdez, 14, was last seen at around 1 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 5 in the vicinity of the 7000 block of West 74th Street in unincorporated Stickney Township. Valdez is described as approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, 130 pounds, with black medium length hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a dark gray or charcoal polo shirt and gray jeans.
