PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help finding a missing 86-year-old man. According to police, Charles Howard has been missing since Saturday afternoon. Howard was last seen at 3:30 p.m. Saturday on the 1800 block of Fuller Street in the northeastern region of the city. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall with a medium build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes, and gray hair. Howard was last seen wearing a brown coat, black pants, a red Sixers baseball cap. Police said he uses a black cane when he walks. Anyone with any information on Howard's whereabouts is asked to contact the Northeast Detective Division at 215-686-3153 or 911.
