Hi, My name is Felix. Until recently 2/21, I was on death row at Maricopa Cty Animal Control. I was surrendered to the shelter and I don't know why. I have always been a good dog. Loyal, friendly and full of life. I feel abandoned. Not sure how anyone could give me up, being as lovable as I am. I actually HUG you by leaning into you. I give great doggie kisses and I love to cuddle with my owner. I have separation anxiety so I need someone who will stay closer to me. Can you contact my foster parents for details?
