By CBS3 Staff, CBS Philadelphia December 23, 2020 PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A 19-year-old man was shot and killed execution-style in North Philadelphia on Tuesday night. It happened around 11 p.m. on the 2400 block of West Sergeant Street. Police found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
