Barton and Gray Mariners Club (www.bartonandgray.com) has revolutionized yachting with a fleet of 50+ Hinckley and custom vessels serving a private membership in harbors along the East Coast and Great Lakes. Our growing team is seeking Ship Shape Team Members to assist in the provisioning & set up of the Fleet, and executing vessel deep-cleans throughout B&G Harbors. Responsibilities: *Clean interior with attention to detail - touching and cleaning every surface including inside cabinets, etc. *Complete inventory list and evaluate condition of all items onboard *Give completed inventory list to supply chain team for picking *Check cushions and linens for cleanliness *Inventory and check condition of window and mooring covers *Load and organize inventory items into correct areas *Notify service team if any needed repairs are noticed *Other duties as assigned by the Ship-Shape Department Manager Requirements *Attention to detail *Ability to multitask while maintaining focus on seeing jobs to completion *Understanding of basic inventory management *Flexible hours, weekends required Qualifications *Self motivated multitasker & communicator *Valid Drivers License *Frequent travel required *Ability to negotiate ladders *Ability to move into and out of small spaces that may require crouching, kneeling or crawling *Ability to lift 50lbs from the ground and be able to carry, push or pull the same load *Ability to stand intermittently with minimal rest periods for eight hours
