Colorado Woodworks has multiple immediate openings for skilled and reliable Construction Foreman and Multiple General Labors. We do almost everything for Residential construction. No day is the same. Where? Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Surrounding areas, and Occasional Mountain travel. Pay Rates: Every two weeks, Gas money Bonuses, Raises available, $20-$25 per hour DOE Responsibilities Include: • Ability to follow all instructions and communicate with team leaders/managers on construction plans. • Delegating/Managing other employees efficiently and effectively to complete a job from start to finish. Safety is our first priority. • Reading and Implementing plans. • Experience building decks, fences, painting /staining, window/door replacement, flooring installation, refinishing, and occasional framing. • Experience with operation of construction tools, airless sprayer and pressure washer are a must. • Be prepared to work in different types of weather conditions. • We require you to have your own vehicle and arrive at the job site at a timely manner. Occasionally hauling tools and materials to job sites, a truck is a plus. • Your own basic tools Requirements/Qualifications: -High school degree or equivalent; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus. - Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 60 pounds -Your own Vehicle to get to and from job sites, we may go to multiple per day - Must be 18+ to apply and have a valid driver’s license.
