Remodeling an unoccupied condo Friday March 18th and need an extra person to seam & finish sheetrock on a new closet install and some other wall repair areas. Must be experienced and able to do quality work. Not looking for someone to learn on the job. (-: I'll provide materials. Location is in Mount Pleasant across from Towne Center. I'm guessing 4 hours work for initial prep & seams and first skim on 1st visit. Then about 4 hours for sanding and finish coat on 2nd visit. If you want to work more hours each day once the sheetrock part is done I do have other projects at the house too. Up to $25 per hour if it's quality work on a good pace.
