HOURS: 730am-400pm (Hours are subject to change) LUNCH: 12-1230pm (Lunch ) OVERTIME: Very Likely - Our Team pulls approx 3-5 hours/week during busy times WEEKENDS: Most weekends off, an Occasional Saturday required TRANSPORTATION - Must have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and be able to be at work on time. **** Our Warehouse will not accept applications directly or walk-in requests **** **** Showing up without an appointment will disqualify you from the interview process **** Job Summary • Expedite and route movement of incoming and outgoing cargo and freight shipments in warehouse. • Set up, operate and verify proper coding on a variety of machines/machine tools to produce precision products. General Accountabilities • Preparing, packing, securing orders. • Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy. • Install straps, braces, and padding to loads to prevent shifting or damage during shipment. • Construct Palettes to ensure protection of products. • Direct or participate in cargo loading/unloading to ensure completeness of load and even distribution of weight. • Route received goods to appropriate storage areas or departments, using forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment. • Open containers and unwrap contents, using steel cutters, crowbars, or other hand tools. • Assisting in Inventory Control, Assisting in maintaining safe work environment. • Set up, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations. • Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines. • Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments, such as micrometers. • Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process. • Operate equipment to verify operational efficiency. • Check work pieces to ensure that they are properly lubricated or cooled. • Program computers or electronic instruments, such as numerically controlled machine tools. • Lay out, measure, and mark metal stock to display placement of cuts. • Set up or operate machines. • Dispose of scrap or waste material in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations. • Evaluate machining procedures and recommend changes or modifications for improved efficiency or adaptability. • * The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. *** Please do not show up at the Warehouse, Hiring will be through our Corporate Office Only ***
