Servers and Line Cooks Needed for Dinner party on Sunday, March 20th in Brooklyn. With potential for additional gigs in the future. Please send resume and share a little bit about yourself. Line Cook Responsibilities: - Prepare food using recipes and menu items created by Head Chef - Help the makeshift kitchen run smoothly. - Assist with stocking and setting up the food stations - Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients - Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed  - Washing and cleaning the makeshift kitchen and cooking utensils- Storing the equipment at the end of shift - Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations Server Job Responsibilities: - Serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. - Provide information to help food and beverage selections. - Present ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner. - Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. - Prepare the room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations. - Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
