A Property Management company is looking for a responsible individual to work as part of the management company's custodial and maintenance team. With additional experience duties will include but are not limited to: * Perform building and common area upkeep of managed properties. * Accurately document work performed on service requests. * Promote good public relations with customers, residents, co-workers. * Refuse and Recycling removal and properties as part of custodial duties * Assist with apartment make-ready after tenants vacate * Perform effective emergency maintenance(after hours) as required. * Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, etc. * Willing to perform various tasks * Tolerance of hot and cold weather, as may be necessary * Assistant maintenance staff Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following: Cleaning supplies User-Moved Aids: ladders, stepladders, and various tools. Education High School Diploma or trade school preferred not required. Must be literate. Minimum 3 years work experience. Valid Drivers license required OSHA certified a plus Hours available: starting at 16-20 hrs a week to begin with the potential of additional hours based on performance and skill level.
