"Chart a Life" volunteers needed

Compassionate Care Hospice is looking for volunteers to meet with our patients who are on hospice and collaborate with their families to collects photos/mementos to create a legacy-type board or a collage. You will ask the patient and/or family a series of questions based on getting to know the patient. With all the information you accumulate.. the fun part begins! You will use your creative mind to create a collage of pictures, cut outs, words, etc.. -You must have your COVID vaccine + booster - at least 16 years old - Drivers License Please call or text Volunteer Coordinator Nicole Henriquez
