Looking for a Cleaning Specialist to join our wonderful team! We have Airbnb/ Rental units located in Downtown/ Southtown/ Medical Center/ La Cantera/ Dominion/ & Airport! (All units are either studios or 1 bedroom) (Potranco house is two-story 3 bed/ 2.5 bath & Leon Valley house is two-story 4 bed/ 2.5 bath) Responsibilities include: · Cleaning all assigned units in a timely manner (typically 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM) · Washing and drying all linens (duvets/ sheets/ towels) · Disinfecting and sanitizing all surfaces · Taking out all trash · Sweeping/ mopping/ dusting · Paying great attention to detail! · Multitask while providing high-quality services · Stage all units according to previous pictures · Reporting all damages found in units Requirements: · Cleaning supplies and vacuum · Reliable transportation and form of communication · Ability to work under minimal supervision · Integrity and honesty · Time management and prioritization skills · Flexible in days and hours available to work You would be an independent contractor. Calendar is done every Sunday and will provide jobs throughout the week as bookings come in as well. Payroll is every Sunday via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or Apple Pay.
