Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for providing general labor duties that support the water transfer process. The position interacts with people at all levels within the organization and outside of the organization, including customers. This individual is responsible for the general labor of system installation, removal, and operation of Water Transfer Systems as assigned. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Obtain Required Company supplied training and certifications required for assigned tasks. - Produce and maintain required documentation and reporting. - Operate equipment as assigned and trained (i.e. skid steer, backhoe, fusion machine, excavator, industrial water pumps, telehandlers, automation, etc.). - Required use of tools (manual, air, electric). - Effectively operate equipment in all weather conditions. - Installation and modification of water transfer systems. - Removal and Transportation of water transfer systems. - General housekeeping, maintain an orderly and safe work environment. - Required to retrieve and record accurate meter readings and transfer data. - Communicate necessary information to crew leaders, supervisors, managers and customers. - Perform additional responsibilities and duties as requested by management. Job Requirements: - High school diploma or GED. - Minimum of 1 year experience in water transfer preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision. - Minimum of 1 year experience working in outdoor conditions throughout all seasons. - Must have clean driving record and be able to pass company required DMV history report. - Excellent customer service skills required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. - Previous oil field experience preferred but not required. - Overnight travel required. Physcial Requirements: - Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. - Must be able to maintain a high degree of concentration in a busy environment. - Must be able to speak and hear phone conversations clearly. - Must be available for fulltime employment with frequent overtime (Day, Night, Weekends).
