Parking lot stripers and sweeper operators

Northwest Landscape is looking for parking lot stripers and sweeper operators, experience is preferred, especially with tymco or other air sweeping equipment but WILL TRAIN right candidate. For stripers some painting experience is required, preferably with airless equipment but it doesn't need to be on parking lots. WILL TRAIN. Applicants should possess the following: • Organized, punctual, and hard-working • Effective communication skills co-workers, and the office • Possess a strong work ethic, professional appearance and a positive attitude • Be self-motivated, trustworthy and willing to work independently or with a crew • Able and willing to work in various weather conditions • Valid MN Driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to obtain DOT Health Card Beneficial to have but not needed: •Basic equipment repair skills • Knowledge of general equipment operation (skid loader, wheel loader) What we can offer you: • 50% match on Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance after 90 days • 401k full match to 3% after 90 days • Full time, year round position with snowplowing over the winter do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers
