Ever been interested in having land snails as pets? Look no further! I have TONS of baby Helix Aspersa looking for new tanks! They are small, friendly creatures with simple needs. You can keep pet snails in a small container or tank, providing you care for them properly and make sure they receive enough air, water, and food. Land snails are suitable pets for elementary-school-age kids, who can learn from watching snails crawl, eat, grow and breed. Most snails live from 2 to 5 years, but in captivity, some have exceeded 10 or 15 years of age. Once the initial investment of a small tank is made, ongoing expenses will include fresh vegetables and fruits, calcium, and substrate. Cuttlebones that are typically used for pet birds, spaghnum moss, and small amounts of produce will need to be replenished regularly but are not expensive. Overall, snails are very affordable pets. You will get snails similar to snails in the pictures. I breed these snails myself in my own home, so there is no risk of outside parasites or anything of the sort.
