Cleaning Specialists are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the buildings to meet customer standards. Responsibilities  Service, clean, and supply restrooms  Gather and empty trash  Dust furniture, walls, and equipment  Clean and polish furniture and fixtures  Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming  Clean windows, glass, and mirrors  Spot clean and extract carpets  Sanitize, scrub, floors  Inspect grounds and parking lot and remove litter and debris  Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized  Follow manufacturer’s specifications for preparing chemicals and using equipment  Ensure building doors and windows are secure and locked  Report to supervisor needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring additional service  Follow all company policies and procedures  Perform other duties as assigned by Area Supervisor or Area Manager
