We are looking for a Maintenance worker/ Grounds keeper for our growing Property Management company, located in Quincy, MA. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, but can be flexible on the start date for the right person. Part time hours of 20 - 25 hours per week are required and you would be needed on site from Wednesday - Saturday. Hours would be from 8 AM - 3 PM (these hours can and will vary). The starting salary for this position will be $18.00/hour. Some job responsibilities can be found below: Wash all entrance windows Vacuum all hallways Police grounds for papers Wash all floors Clean laundry room Clean/shine elevators Dust all ledges/cobwebs Wash all stairs 2x a week Change light bulbs as needed Bring dumpsters and recycling out/back in 2x a week Clean and stock bathrooms If you are interested, please forward a PDF version of your resume along with a brief description on why you would be a good fit.
