Boston Moving Service seeks experienced Driver/Mover. Having professional moving experience as both a mover and driver. Read requirements before responding. We are looking for strong hard working individuals with a Git-R-Done attitude! ● 21 Years or older and Valid Massachusetts Drivers License (CDL not required) comfortable driving a 15', 18' & 26' straight box truck. With a clean or semi clean driving record ● DOT Medical Card Required ((Will help you obtain if you do not have one). ● Professional Moving Experience. (Moving friends & family or craigslist gigs is not professional experienced). ● This is a 100% drug & Alcohol free environment. ● Transportation to and from work. (We start a lot of days prior to public transportation starting, so public transportation does not work). ● Must have personal cell phone. ● Clean neat appearance and pleasant demeanor. ● Must be punctual and have ability to be on call as a lot of jobs come in last minute. (We do not work on Sunday) ● Stamina to lift heavy items (50 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc ● Must be capable of working up to 10-12 hours a day (especially in the summer months until job is done). ● Great communication skills and able to do paperwork.
