Assistant Caretaker /grounds person Ideal Candidate. We are looking to bring on an additional motivated person to our team, to work alongside current caretakers to help facilitate managing a large estate. We are looking for a person with strong communication skills, is hard working with a “can do” attitude, and who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. We are happy to train the right person. Overview of Position. This would be a 30-40 hr a week position. The duties of this position may vary and evolve as needs change. The following is intended to give you a general idea of the scope as it stands today: Examples of Responsibilities * Seasonal tasks: Brush and leaf pick up, preparing for spring plantings etc... * Mowing and weed trimming * Log Splitting and Stacking * Weeding and Watering * Turf care * Special Projects * Running errands Pay is commesurate with experience. Ideally we are looking fome someone to do a whole season with us, April to Nov. We understand schedules and can be flexible for the right candidate.
