POSITION OVERVIEW IRC247 is a locally owned and operated 24/7 emergency restoration company. In addition to restoration, we also clean & restore carpets with a daily schedule. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with: water damage, fire, mold, trauma remediation, demolition and/or carpet cleaning. Will train the right candidates, get rewarded for your hard work! JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES • On-call rotation • Complete daily schedule • Respond to emergency events and situations • Responsible and courteous driving to/from locations • Work with subcontractors as necessary • Provide excellent customer service • Maintain company vehicles and equipment • Use company apps and devices REQUIREMENTS: • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must have a current and valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years • Must have no drug or alcohol related convictions on record within the past 5 years • Must have a flexible schedule and participate in rotation of on-call emergencies after hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future • Must submit to and pass a background screening as explained in the employment application • Must submit to and pass a drug and alcohol screening as explained in the employment application • Must wear company attire at all times while working • Perform other duties as they arise WORKING ENVIRONMENT: • Must be able to lift 100 lbs, up to 50 lbs shoulder high • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to work in tight spaces in PPE • Ability to withstand various temperatures and conditions The starting rate of pay for this full-time position is $18.00-$22.00/hour depending on previous experience, plus after hours bonus for on-call work.
