We are an expanding company that has several opportunities right now with lots of room for advancement.Our Location: 147 Prince Street, Unit HD02, Brooklyn, New York 11201     www.Cleaning Technician/Future Team Leader’s location and schedule: Monday through Friday – sometimes Saturday. Working anywhere in the 5 Boroughs, but mostly in Brooklyn and Manhattan.Your Mission as Cleaning Technician/Future Team Leader:You will provide the Highest Quality Service and the most amazing customer experience possible. This position will assist with the growth and sustainability of the company and therefore all of its team members.You will start as a cleaning service technician with the goal of quickly becoming a Team Leader. You are expected to obtain mastery of Breuckelen Cleaning's Mission, vision, cleaning methods and procedures, policies. Assisting team members. You will soon assist in employee recruitment, training, orientation of new hires and planning.Some of our Cleaning Technician/Future Team Leader’s duties and responsibilities: Provide cleaning services above standards, as per the customer’s Work Orders (including scrubbing, dusting, and cleaning walls, floors, appliances, toilets, bathrooms, windows, etc.) Laundry service:  wash, dry and fold Complete adherence to company policies and mission statement Participate in company meetings (in-person and online) Learn, train and follow the BK Cleaning training system and continuing education Represent the company consistently in positive terms Report in/out of jobs using designated process (app, MC website, paperwork, phone call to office) Pick up needed equipment for special cleaning jobs Ability to assist in maintaining and inventorying equipment, supplies. Wear uniform at all times to the client location Required experience and qualifications: GED or High School Diploma, or better A minimum of one year job experience in a related position. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record English literacy, both verbal and written (Spanish speaking a plus) Must be able and willing to work long hours of physical work (details to be provided). Must be able to withstand physical contact with hair, dust, mold, mildew, high temperature, etc. Preferred soft skills and personality traits: Self-starter and the ability to take the initiative Not afraid by REALLY hard physical work Positive outlook, happy personality Winning attitude Committed to leering and growing Organized, Flexible, Caring, Resourceful, Dependable Trustworthy Offered salary and other compensation:Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a base salary of $29,000 to $36,400.
