Hennepin Made has been producing modern handblown glass lighting and accessories from our Northeast Minneapolis studio since 2011. ROLE The Fulfillment Associate Coordinates and executes on assembly of fixtures, packing, and shipping for all orders. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Efficient assembly and workflow for fulfillment on all orders - Provide excellent customer service for all orders placed and issues - Assemble and build lights up to Brand Quality standards - Maintain appropriate level of COGS through seeking improvement and efficiencies DAILY - Provide an enjoyable and respectful work environment for all team members - Prep and Assemble Orders within the timelines allocated and quality standards - Pre-assembly of batched parts (Kan-ban) - Clean and organize workstations and surfaces WEEKLY - Provide updates to manager for needed inventory - Track output in relation to KPI’s - Organize inventory and all receiving - Inspect incoming parts for QC and inform manager of issues MONTHLY - Notify manager of needed infrastructure improvements - Document and standardize new processes, provide training of processes for other team members - Inventory check/count and maintenance - Inform and coordinate Product Improvements with Product Development Team ONGOING - Uphold and demonstrate company values and guiding principles Role Type: Hourly Full Time Compensation: $18-21/hr 30 Day Trial Period to ensure the employee demonstrates skills and aptitude for the position. A 30 Day review from the manager will be provided. Positions will be eligible for benefits after 30 day trial period of employment.
