Master Spas of West Michigan in Grand Rapids, is one of West Michigan’s largest spa and swim spa dealers. We aim to provide our customers with the highest level of quality, service and respect. We are expanding our service department to keep up with growing demand. We are currently seeking someone for a Full-Time local service position. This is a customer service position with many training opportunities for career advancement, overtime opportunities, and profit sharing. The service department is the backbone of Master Spas of West Michigan. They’re out on the road, building professional, long lasting relationships with our customers. We are looking for reliable individuals, who will show up on time, ready and willing. Responsibilities Include: Handle yourself as a professional, set an example Diagnosis and service hot tubs Heavy lifting - moving spas around and heavy parts Good communication with customers & staff Notify manager of any problems with customers Service department / warehouse appearance - keep clean & organized Job Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Must be capable of heavy lifting No Major Violations in the last three years.
