Retired contractor, moved to Eden to get out of the city. Remodeling my home, an old farmhouse, as a hobby and to keep sharp. Problem is, my house, built in 1907, is really low to the ground. I'm an antique myself at 69 and not as slim or limber as I used to be. I've worked in tighter places but those days are past. I need 50 feet of hot and cold supply PEX run to the new kitchen sink location, and 50 feet of corrugated stainless steel gas line to the stove. Also a 1/4" feed for the refrigerator ice maker, and maybe 20-25 feet of drain to hook up the sink with an existing line. **Must have experience with CSS gas line.** Must be comfortable working in tight conditions. All of your part will be to stub up the supplies and drain from below: I will be handling everything inside the living space. This should take one full day, or 2-3 evenings or a weekend day would work. Bring tools and flashlights, I will have pipe, fittings, power cords, drop lights and glue. Contact me ASAP with a price.
