Oil Lube Technician - Mechanic – The primary focus of the Lube Technician is ensuring that all customer vehicles are properly serviced, company procedures and policies are being followed, and every customer is treated with the utmost courtesy at all times. Primary job responsibilities include: The primary function of a Lube/Mechanic Technician is to provide an excellent service experience for customers while continuing their education as a mechanic. Lube/Mechanic Technicians work with their hands-on cars, such as changing oil and filters, adding fluids, checking tire pressure, and performing minor auto repairs. They must also have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and speak effectively with customers and employees. Perform the following position functions within company policies and procedures: Courtesy, Hood, Pit and Write up. Report to on time as per posted schedule, regardless of workday or shift, which may vary. Perform, in addition to areas of assigned responsibilities, other duties as assigned on a maintenance schedule, or as requested by the manager Adhere to the safety rules and be safety conscious. Constantly promote standards of excellence through personal image and grooming, from work attitude and customer relations. Offer assistance when needed to other employees and/or customers. Requirements: Valid Driver's License. Age 19 or older. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules. Attendance is an essential function of employment, and you must be timely and ready to work your scheduled shifts. Physical Requirements: The Lube Technician position will require the employee to regularly service cars. Thus, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. Use hands and fingers to feel and reach with hands and arms. Able to lift objects up to 25 pounds and transfer from one height to another. Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. You may apply online or in person.
