Found dog

Description

There is a dog across from the central police dept. it will not let anyone get near it. I think it may have been dumped bc it looks like it’s waiting on someone to come back :( it’s been there a few days now. Hoping someone knows something on here or a good way to catch him bc I’m sure a lot of ppl would gladly take him home.
