We are looking for a painting company with experience and business insurance. We have roughly 3,400sqft of livable space that needs to be painted. Basement is semi-gloss (we have the existing paint for the basement) but repairs to the walls will need to be done throughout (paint has been peeled in places and holes needs to be patched from wall anchors). The basement ceiling needs to be painted in one part - roughly 100sqft (we have the existing ceiling paint). The main level and upstairs will need Sherman Williams paint...NO ceiling or baseboards needs to be painted. PLEASE NOTE: We are currently getting our home ready, with a late April listing and an early June closing. WE CAN ONLY PAY FOR THIS JOB AFTER OUR EARLY JUNE CLOSING. So, if you need to be paid right away, please do not respond as that is not an option. I will draft a contract between the winning bidder stating our payment arrangement.
