General Description A gutter installation Team Leader will be responsible for other people / crews, including their own. This person will be responsible for up to 4 other installers. The Team Leader will directly report to the Owner. The individuals under the Team Leader will report directly to the Team Leader. Major Duties and Responsibilities • Manage a team of 2-4 Employees • Successfully run their own crew/truck • Manage team’s daily schedules, and responsibilities on the job site • Provide training for team members, as needed • Uphold safety culture for the team • Manage team’s weekly/monthly goals • Manage team’s quality control • Responsible for truck maintenance, service & daily upkeep Qualifications: • 1-3 years of gutter, siding or roofing experience • Proficient in problem solving - personally & within the team, AND professionally with installations • Gains the respect of their peers / team • Must “buy-in” to the Brother’s Gutters company vision • Excellent Attendance Record • Is teachable, but also comfortable doing the teaching to others • Quality first and attention to detail - our business succeeds on customer satisfaction • Wants to win…competition is everywhere in life
