Re-Homing our 1 year old female Black lab

As much as it hurts, unfortunately we have to rehome our 1 year old black lab for personal reasons. It’s really hard to fulfill her exercising needs and time dedicated to her. It will be best for her if she goes home with someone who has the time to walk, train and exercise her enough. Also that has enough space for her for the amount of energy she has. She is very sweet, loves snuggles and is affectionate. Will need additional training and proper introduction when meeting new people because she gets excited and jumps on them. Also I think it will be better if there are other dogs around to play with her so she doesn’t get bored easily. Can be another people but like I said with proper introduction to them. She is potty trained and crate trained to sleep in it. She is trained to be on her bed and not on couches( up to you if you allow her to be there) Loves car rides too. She is up to all her shots and had a physical exam last week and everything went great. Also is registered. There will be a rehoming fee. Please email me for more info.
