I first saw this fancy umbrella stroller outside the 200's units in Smithridge Park while walking my dog. The stroller was in a desert landscaped common area near a wrought iron fence. A week later I walked the same area and found the stroller still there. I moved it a few feet. Days later it was still where I'd put it. I took it home & thought a friend could use it. But first I'd like to see if the owner comes forward because I don't believe anyone would surrender a stroller like this by accident.
